Located in Southern Utah, Canyonlands is one of the five Grand Circle National Parks. This park is immense and can be overwhelming to most visitors. During the Summer months, storms can come out of nowhere and clear just as quickly. Lou DeSerio had gone to this lookout and left because of thunderous rainclouds above, ready to downpour at any moment. When he arrived at his campsite, the storm broke and huge rainbow appeared, which DeSerio missed. The next day he went to the same lookout, and another storm arrived; but this time he decided not to leave, and sure enough the storm passed, sun broke out and the exact same rainbows appeared in the exact same location. This time DeSerio was ready.
