    Color / Tone Accuracy

    We have done our best to insure the color accuracy of our Photographs on this website. However, we have no control over how colors are displayed with different computer screens. The photos on this website are provided to assist you in making a choice... and as such, no two pieces are exact in color but should be very close.

    Cancellation Policy:

    Orders that HAVEN'T been shipped: You may cancel item(s) or order by email to Gallery within 24 hours of purchase for full refund. Orders that HAVEN'T been shipped, and it is after the 24 hours of purchase a 15% charge card processing fee may be withheld from refund.

    Return/ Exchange Policy:

    Orders that have already shipped, can be returned within 7 days of verified delivery. Please notify the gallery by phone or email before the return or exchange. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid, in their original packaging and insured to the Gallery for the purchase price. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to access a 15% restocking fee and repair fee if item(s) are damaged. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.

    Damaged Item(s) Policy:

    Call or email the Gallery to report within 4 days of verified delivery for instructions. If possible, take photos of damaged item(s) and damaged box and email to Gallery. Keep ALL packing materials (box, bubble wrap, etc). We will process your claim with our shipping courier as quickly as possible along with repairing or replacing your item(s).
